Club Notch is a small, in-person gathering for young founders and next-gen family business builders who'd rather figure things out with people in the room than alone with a spreadsheet.
where it started
We built the thing we needed ourselves.
The three of us kept circling the same frustration — none of us had anyone to turn to. No mentor down the hall, no friend who'd actually built something. Just three people figuring it out alone.
Club Notch is the fix: a running series of small, in-person gatherings for founders who want exactly what we didn't have — people in their corner who actually get it. Every gathering since has been a notch higher than the last.
